RESIDENTIAL BUILDING MANAGER
The responsibilities include managing, marketing and leasing vacant units, tenant relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance, rent collections, service of notices, and all aspects of day-to-day management. The position requires a minimum of two years of residential real estate experience in a multi-tenant environment. Ideal candidates should be well versed in tenant laws and fair housing regulations and possess strong leasing/marketing skills, be computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. COMMERCIAL BUILDING MANAGER
The responsibilities include managing all aspects of client and tenant relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance, overseeing the building’s operating objectives, budgeting and capital improvements. The candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial real estate management experience with at least two of those years in a supervisory capacity. The candidate will also possess a strong background in budgeting, lease negotiations, financial reporting and building systems. The responsibilities require full knowledge of the specific mechanical and electrical systems of each specific property. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of and background in general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and light tenant improvements.
