COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER
The responsibilities require complete oversight and management of commercial and /or residential portfolios consisting of retail centers, office buildings and multi-family residential buildings in the Greater Los Angeles area. The ideal commercial candidate should possess a current California Real Estate License. Qualifications include at least five years experience in property management, with two of those years in a supervisory capacity. Candidates will be extremely hands-on and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi property management software. Successful candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills with clients, tenants, vendors and corporate staff. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING MANAGER
The responsibilities include managing, marketing and leasing vacant units, tenant relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance, rent collections, service of notices, and all aspects of day-to-day management. The position requires a minimum of two years of residential real estate experience in a multi-tenant environment. Ideal candidates should be well versed in tenant laws and fair housing regulations and possess strong leasing/marketing skills, be computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. COMMERCIAL BUILDING MANAGER
The responsibilities include managing all aspects of client and tenant relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance, overseeing the building's operating objectives, budgeting and capital improvements. The candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial real estate management experience with at least two of those years in a supervisory capacity. The candidate will also possess a strong background in budgeting, lease negotiations, financial reporting and building systems. Necessary skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership necessary for maintaining tenant and client relationships. BUILDING ENGINEER
The responsibilities require full knowledge of the specific mechanical and electrical systems of each specific property. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of and background in general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and light tenant improvements. The candidate must be proficient in reading basic blueprints and be able to supervise and oversee contractors and vendors. The qualifications include at least five years of commercial building maintenance experience with at least two of those years in a supervisory capacity. The qualified candidate will have own tools. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The responsibilities include maintaining current tenant database, lease and accounting files, generate tenants’ work order requests, answer incoming calls for assigned Portfolio Manager, general administrative duties and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision. ACCOUNTING CLERK
The responsibilities include posting income and expenses to the Yardi accounting system. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerks will be assigned general administrative duties and special projects, as well. Must have thorough knowledge of accounting principles, strong written and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision. ACCOUNTANT
The responsibilities include bookkeeping and full property management accounting for commercial and multi-family residential properties. The successful candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management and a solid understanding of accounting principles and accounting software programs (Yardi a plus). Must be able to handle full accounting cycle for diversified residential and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
The responsibilities include basic knowledge electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, carpentry, locks and tile repairs a plus. The ideal candidate will have their own tools and reliable transportation and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision at multiple locations.
