Property Management Associates utilizes Yardi Enterprise Property Management Software, a comprehensive, fully integrated property management system (www.yardi.com). The application, along with the robust multi user Microsoft SQL Server Database, takes advantage of the latest technology, providing the most comprehensive and feature rich software to manage property.  The system allows on-site managers continuous access to on-line, real time information.  Through Property Management Associates' Internet portal Portfolio Managers can work from any remote location and access all company resources.

Yardi is the industry leader in property management software and provides a wide array of features such as, single, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual invoice schedules; comprehensive common area invoicing; flexible CPI and escalation invoicing; tenant invoicing/statements, automatic rental escalation and mass charge invoicing; automatic late notices and fee charges; tenant statistical reporting, date tickler files, lease abstract and marketing traffic reports.

The system offers numerous standard financial reports as well as capabilities for customized reports.  Many of our clients utilize customized reports that are included in their monthly reporting packages.  Property ledgers can be accounted for on a fiscal or calendar year basis, utilizing customer specific, cash, accrual or modified cash accounting methods with a customized chart of accounts.

Standard financial reports include an executive summary, monthly and year to date operating statement with budget figures and variances, variance analysis, rent toll, tenant status report (schedule of charges, collections, and balances by tenant), detailed general ledger, bank reconciliation with bank statement, cash receipts and cash ledgers.
