Cheryl McDonald is the Vice President of Residential Properties with over 35 years experience in the real estate industry.  She is responsible for all aspects of the portfolio of multi-family properties throughout Southern California.  She manages the company’s residential portfolio managers and conducts training and compliance sessions for hundred’s of the company’s on-site managers and technicians. She has been with the company since its inception.

Prior to joining the company she had experience as a contract administrator for raw land sales, real estate loan originator, REIT servicing, accounting manager and numerous positions in managing properties.  She brings a lifetime of management and legal expertise to a field of endeavor that requires the utmost skill in both negotiating and reconciling tenant and landlord relationships.

She is responsible for hiring, training and managing the company’s residential portfolio managers.  In that capacity she is responsible for the relations with property owners, the accounting for their properties, leasing, tenant relations, budgeting and the supervision and management of the day to day operations of all properties.  In that regard she is responsible for all budgeting, annual operating plans, marketing plans, and the transparent transfers to and from other property managers when sales and purchases of properties occur.

Ms. McDonald has served her community through affiliations with the Los Angeles Orthopedic Children’s Hospital and high school recruitment for the local alumni chapter of Alpha Phi for the California State University at Northridge.
