Demolished property to its structural elements, engaged architects, engineers and contractors to develop scope of work. Remodeled and repositioned the property, replaced all major mechanical systems and upgraded common areas. Designed, built and leased all tenant suites at a total project cost of $7M.

Additionally, created over $2M in value by successfully improving site lines in order to obtain a permitted mural advertising wall.

The property sold for $19.5M.
